By using the free tools at tools.atas.aero (the “Site”, which means atas.aero including its subdomains) you agree to these terms. They are provided by AeroFusion Consultants Limited (trading as atas.aero) (“we”, “us”), registered in Scotland, Company No. SC825730, registered office 16–18 Weir Street, Falkirk FK1 1RA. If you don’t agree, don’t use the tools.
The Tier-01 tools provide an indicative, automated screen only. They are not legal, financial, engineering, or commercial advice, are not for commercial citation, and must not be relied on for any decision. Outputs are generated with the assistance of AI and may be incomplete or incorrect. Always verify with the underlying documents and a qualified professional (and, for lease redelivery / contract questions, with counsel) before acting.
The tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of results, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may suspend or withdraw access to the tools where these terms are breached.
You keep all rights in what you submit. We process it to produce your result and do not store your source documents (pasted or uploaded) by default — the only exceptions are retention choices you make explicitly: the §5a data-pack hold, or the opt-in feedback / “share to improve” snapshots described in the Privacy Policy. We retain the anonymised analysis output to assure quality and improve the tools, and — only if you opt in via feedback — a limited snapshot of a run, which we delete once incorporated. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to use feedback and anonymised outputs to improve our tools and methodology. See the Privacy Policy.
When PDF processing produces a detailed extraction (a “data pack”), you choose at the end of the run whether we hold it for 14 days so you can request it, or delete it within 24 hours. During the hold no person at ATAS accesses your data pack unless you ask us to release it; we then handle it under the mutual NDA. If you take no action within 14 days the data pack is deleted automatically. This choice is your consent under the Privacy Policy and can be withdrawn (by asking us to delete it) at any time.
The tools, methodology, scoring frameworks, branding and content are owned by us or our licensors. No rights are granted except to use the tools as intended.
Stage 1(a) (the verified data pack / completed spreadsheet, indicative price £500, typically delivered within 24 hours) and Tier-02 / Tier-03 are separate paid engagements governed by a separate written agreement and, where relevant, the mutual NDA. Prices are indicative, exclusive of VAT, and not a quotation; nothing here creates an obligation to provide these services. The verified data pack reproduces the information extracted from your own document — it does not include the benchmark, scoring or settlement analysis, which is delivered at Tier-02+.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue or data arising from use of, or reliance on, the tools or their output. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Toolkit is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or £100 where you have paid no fees. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and the courts of Scotland have exclusive jurisdiction.
