Cost & contract data-pack preview

A maintenance deal builds on itself (general terms → variation → annex r1/r2). Drop the contract documents and we read each one, date it and order them so the latest revision wins; then add the invoices & workscope. We check it’s aircraft-maintenance material before processing, and never keep your original files. How we handle your data →

AI processing: extraction runs on Claude, Anthropic’s AI model, via API under no-training terms; your original files are processed transiently and never kept. If you later choose to keep your data pack, it retains a short verbatim excerpt (≤320 characters) around each extracted value so a reviewer can verify it — held under a no-access lock and deleted on your schedule.
