Two questions every heavy maintenance check faces — spend and contract.

Upload your contract bundle, invoices and workscope file. The toolkit runs two diagnostics in parallel — a spend audit against your billed cost, and a contract architecture score against our maintenance-contract standard. The free Tier 01 view returns indicative ranges and a section heatmap. Higher tiers add expert review, deep-dive engagement, or full RFP / V6 procedure with a specialist procurement partner.

§ I
Paste your document bundle

Have them as PDFs? Upload contract, invoices & workscope → for a data-pack preview — contract-architecture score and spend signals, each with a confidence score. We check it’s aircraft-maintenance material before processing, and never store the files.

◆ What to paste & how to read this — hint

Paste text, not files. Box A (contract clauses — rates, caps, handling-fee scope, audit, TAT) drives the contract score; Box B (invoice lines & totals) drives the spend findings; Box C (workscope) is optional and sharpens spend. Include the numbers.

Reading it: spend shows how many of 13 generators flagged, an indicative $ band, and a severity per finding; contract shows a weighted % with a Renegotiate / Watch / Maintain split and a section heatmap (weakest first).

Tier 01 is indicative only — candidate counts, ATA codes, source lines and specific clauses are unlocked at Tier 02. New here? Load a sample bundle · full help.

Paste the agreement / annex text — rates, caps, handling-fee scope, work-arising approval, audit rights, TAT.
Paste invoice line items / totals — labour, materials, handling, drawing fees.
Optional — paste the workscope / task summary (routine, non-routine, materials).
◆ Paste the contract (and ideally invoices) and tick consent to run · indicative Tier-01 only
§ II
What happens to your upload
01
Step 01
Read & sort
Reads PDFs, scanned documents and workbook tabs. Sets aside anything that isn’t a maintenance document (images, personal files). Every source is indexed for traceability.
— awaiting input —
02
Step 02
One standard
Reads every line of your contracts, invoices and workscopes into one common standard, tagged to ATA chapter — so spend and contract findings reconcile.
03
Step 03
Route to paths
Spend path runs audit / rate-card / projection. Contract path runs a contract-architecture score against our maintenance-contract standard. Both read the same evidence.
04
Step 04
Score & gate
Apply 13 spend generators + 19 contract sections. Watermark, gate by tier. Tier 01 sees ranges and heatmap only.
